boombangbing at 11:06pm on 01/10/2007I've just managed to write approximately 500 words of pretentious bullshit about corned beef and Doctor Who adverts. Media Studies homework is done! (Good thing too, I've had since last Tuesday to do it, and it's due tomorrow.)
BSM is an absolute nightmare company to deal with. My instructor, who I originally thought was pretty cool, didn't work out, so I switched to a female instructor, but cancelled this week's lesson and requested to start again next week. So today, I'm walking (see: being dragged) around the park with my dogs, and suddenly Mum calls saying they're on the phone and that the instructor has turned up, is right there across the road, and that they want to charge me for the goddamn lesson I cancelled! That's twenty eight freaking pounds for their srew up! Now I have to email them and try to sort it out. *headdesk*
On the other hand, Virgin 1 is a cool channel, even if they show Enterprise clips to advertise DS9. ^^
